VAPORIZING showed he in store for another strong preparation after impressing in his return to the Doomben barrier trials on Tuesday.
The now five-year-old son of Wandjina finished a nice second in his 1000m barrier trial which marked his first hit-out since being sent for a well deserved spell in April.
He enjoyed a strong first campaign in Queensland with trainer Tony Gollan last preparation where he broke through for his maiden victory and also ran in the $250,000 Magic Millions Maiden.
Gollan was happy with VAPORIZING's trial performance and said he would now find a suitable race to kick off his campaign in the coming weeks.
