KING KAPA has returned to where it all began in Queensland, after recently joining the stable of leading Brisbane trainer Tony Gollan.
The four-year-old son of Capitalist, who won on debut during his first preparation in Queensland, has returned to the sunshine state where we feel he is better suited.
He has recently joined Gollan's team at Eagle Farm ahead of his upcoming Summer campaign which will see him head to the trials in two weeks time.
"I'm really happy with him, he's in good order and I'm learning with him all the time," said Gollan.
"He's been working well and is due to trial in a fortnight's time with a jump out at Doomben."
KING KAPA was placed several times in Sydney during his time with trainer Joe Pride, but with a network of trainers at our disposal, we feel he is better placed to add to his record in Queensland.
